Meet Richard Vega
Standing for Faith, Family, and Strong Local Leadership
Richard Vega is a Houston native, U.S. Army veteran, businessman, pastor, and nonprofit founder dedicated to faith, service. A long-time resident of Precinct 2, Richard has spent his life serving the people of Harris community, at home and abroad.
From serving this country to serving this community, Richard brings leadership, a servant’s heart, and the courage to stand for what is right. Together with his wife, Joanna, Richard launched Justin’s Well, a clean water initiative named after their late son, bringing physical and spiritual renewal to communities in need.
